10 YEARs BETTER

After photographing 600 weddings in the past 20 years, the number of couples I stay in contact with is small. I mean it’s only natural that time marches on and “most important” milestones change. But the number of couples that I would call friends is even smaller and more special.

Top of that list is Frank and MaryAnn who came to us 10 years ago, to photograph their wedding, at Marineland, and then close their night out with a reception at the Treasury on the Plaza. Not just that….Frank and MaryAnn are the very first couple to have an event at the Treasury! Since then thanks to social media, we’ve watched eachother’s families grown and change. (They have some really impressive kiddos) And then a little over a year ago MaryAnn let me know that they were doin a renewal and they wanted me to shoot it. Of course I was in, and this time was even better than the last. There was no pressure, there was just remenicing and fun, and MaryAnn who not only looked smoking in her dress, she did the 10 year vow renewal in her original dress, and she looked stunning all over again.

Frank…. MAryAnn…. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting us spend your amazing wedding day with you, 10 years ago. And I want to thank you for letting MArgo and I come relive it all over again. Congratulations on 10 years of your love and I’ll see you at 20!
