A classic Black-tie Wedding in Downtown Saint Augustine

Eden and Jason recently joined lives at two of Saint augustine's most wonderful locations.  The Memorial Presbyterian Church and The Lightner Museum.   If I had a single word to describe their day, It would definitely be "Timeless".  Eden's beautiful Lian Carlo dress was the perfect compliment to Jason's classic black bowtie tuxedo. And when the ceremony was over the gloves came off and the crowd Danced the night away to the amazing sounds of Anita and Party Life.  HEar in the brides own words about her and Jason's relationship.

Jason and I met in 2015, just months after I had moved to Dallas from New York. We initially connected on Hinge, but a friend of my brother-in-law's told Jason about me on the same day that we started talking. That gave Jason the additional reassurance he needed to ask me out. From there, we started seeing each other regularly, trying out new restaurants, going to concerts and Rangers games, spending long weekends at Jason's friends' ranches. In May 2016, Jason moved to Austin for work, and I continued to live and work in Dallas. There wasn't a question as to whether or not we would continue dating long-distance. Jason frequently drove up to Dallas, and I began to fall in love with Austin.

That Thanksgiving, Jason came home to St. Augustine with me and asked my father's permission. By March 2017, he had the ring and was ready to propose. During one of his "regular" trips to Dallas on 3/10/2017, he engraved "Eden, wanna join the fam?" on a heart-shaped dog collar and attached it to our dog Jack's collar. He told me he wanted to go on a quick walk before we went to dinner with his family to celebrate his brother's birthday. I thought he was acting strange, but still was completely taken aback when he asked me to look at Jack's collar, and I saw the tag and Jason kneeling beside me. Afterwards, we went to dinner - still under the pretense of celebrating his brother's birthday - and I was surprised again to find my entire family there waiting to celebrate with us. It was one of the happiest weekends of my life. I soon moved to Austin and began planning the wedding. 13 months later, we came back to beautiful St. Augustine with all of our friends and family. I can't imagine a better way to kick off our new life together - it was truly the best day of our lives.

Let's get onto the photos of their perfect day!  Congratulations Jason and Eden!
